We developed a high-fidelity UX/UI case study focused on streamlining the customer journey through strategic card sorting and a simplified purchase flow. By implementing a modern design kit featuring League Gothic and Poppinstypography, I balanced visual impact with functional usability. The final outcome is an intuitive digital ecosystem that centralizes reservations, event bookings, and an optimized MVP for food ordering. This transformation not only strengthened the brand’s digital presence but also reduced user friction, effectively turning a static identity into a dynamic, conversion-oriented digital experience.

Clap Burgers: Digitalizing the Urban Flavor
THE CHALLENGE
As a brand deeply rooted in skate culture and urban aesthetics, Clap Burgers faced a significant digital gap: the lack of a cohesive online platform to integrate its diverse offerings. The goal was to translate their disruptive, multi-faceted identity into a user-centered responsive website. The primary challenge involved organizing complex service categories, ranging from a full menu and “Clap Kids” events to exclusive merchandise, into a seamless Information Architecture that could serve busy families and young urban enthusiasts without losing the brand’s gritty, high-energy essence.
