The Hospital La María in Medellín serves over 7,000 HIV patients who lack a digital tool to manage appointments and medication. This leads to low treatment adherence and communication barriers between patients and healthcare services

THE SOLUTION & OUTCOME

We developed Tami, a discreet mobile app designed to improve treatment adherence through automated medication tracking, direct access to medical records, and integrated appointment scheduling. By combining a secure personal experience with reliable healthcare support, this high-fidelity UX/UI case study transforms complex medical challenges into an intuitive digital companion that reduces communication friction between patients and providers
